SOCIAL COMPETENCE OBJECTIVES

In our establishment the children will be strengthened and challenged in their overall general development and also specifically their three basic competencies, namely self confidence, social competence and, last but not least, functional competence.

They will be cared for and coached  in a warm and loving environment within a protected, established framework which allows them to develop in their own way their individual independence. In order to supprt this development the children have access to a broad array of activities for cognitive, creative, social, psychological and play related improvement. The children should  discover for themselves, be inquisitive, make their own experiences and research their existence in their own world environment. They should actively reach out in order to understand better.

This gives all children the possibility to orient themselves according to their needs, wishes, interests or ideas/vision /imagination /agenda. As a result/ Therefore we can support their curiosity and their natural enquiring mind in a variety of ways.

GOALS

We would like to make it possible that the children themselves develop into independent, self sufficient and confident individuals and that they will stimulate their appropriate stage of development.

A meaningful defined field of learning is a further integrated element which enables the child to collect specific concrete experiences. The childlike development is fullfilled especially well through the individual activities of each child.

Each theme has various/many subcategories. Therefore it is possible to work with the children in a goals oriented manner and to competently/effectively learn  various skills  and knowledge.
